Doctors have advised that I shouldn't be moving around and need to keep my leg elevated majority of day, so stuck at home until it's sorted right ballache.

Im having Lentil soup and a homemade smoothie.

Dont know what il have, it depends on if I go collect my son on my lunch break

Is it wrong that as soon as people came at sat at the table i am having lunch i picked up headphones plugged them in so i don't have to spesk to them.

It's natural human behaviour which is why on my lunch break I am sat focused solely on my phone rather than the 7 or 8 people sat around me - Miso soup with vegetable dumplings for those that are interested

I had some chicken and bacon pasta and some homemade tomato soup

I had Chicken & Chorizo Jambalaya

I had a ham roll and then wish I didn't.

Got a curry tonight which is a bonus.

What's a Jambalaya?

Basically throw a load of stuff into the pot. This one had chicken, chorizo, rice, beans, sweetcorn, peppers, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, fennel, tomatoes and chicken stock. It's great and really easy to cook and if you make enough will do lunch for a few days.

I had a turkey, Brie and cranberry bagel with a dessert of Freddo

I had a hot chicken Wrap w/ onion, sweet and sour sauce and mixed salad, washed down with a coke and 2 packets of Hula Hoops

Nah I got mine is the local Spar

I had a corned beef sandwich, a greggs sausage roll and a rocky bar. And a bottle of Pepsi Max.

I had cheese & crackers & a Sausage Roll

Would love one of us to come on here and say "I don't eat lunch". The looks of shock and disgust would be priceless!

More likely it classes you as obese

Eating throughout the day is healthier, as long as the food you're eating isn't unhealthy.

Thats why i always eat 15 bags of quavers, no need to be a pig snd go for high fat Hulla hoops.

The one thing i will say is that the chsnge in diet is playing havoc with my insides.

So any early predications for next show?

My lunch choices are determined by location - I'm in London so went slightly more up market than my usual Northern fare

To answer your question earlier Nay. I do have to do the new format exam - but it's not much different because it's my last one. Would be a whole new structure if I was any further down the programme.

To answer your question Lex. I was having a look at some of the other chatter - mostly cricket and wrestling - and then wandered in here for a read. It's unfair to pick individuals out of such a strong line up of characters, but Ive really been enjoying Engel and Dicey, they are intense and the promos excellent, and I am intrigued by Joshua - that is such a strong character and well delivered. And obviously I keep a close eye on Jessica - make sure she's being treated right

The show that made me say "Right I'm going in" was when Liam Wood was announced as Mike Masters opponent for number 1 contendership. That show was quality top to bottom. I actually felt tension reading it and that's how 6WF used to make me feel in its heyday. To have that effect when I don't really know the characters is great writing. I gave myself a few weeks after that to make sure I wasn't rushing in because I don't want to mess you guys about - carried on reading and knew it was time.

All i read in that was Faith.

Thats not too bad then, Laura still has 3 to do, so the new system did affect her.
