Haha, I wish I could take credit but i believe Tinkywinky is censored and pricks isnt. But I'm not an admin and cant change that.

Now, if you want to discuss the point GW then use the report and PM mods like myself. But please don't come on and restart arguments that were done. Considering I am having to deal with your posts across numerous threads I suggest you resist fanning the flames.

Gents, any harmless banter between yourselves is fine by me, but please keep GW out of it as whether he is part of this thread or not, he seems to take the Liam Neeson/Taken approach to finding ways to get offended. I'm allowing myself that dig because I'm human and tired of the "bantz" and resulting indignation within the posts.

Otherwise, enjoy. The report function will settle problems a lot quicker and more favourably than the buttons that combine together to type insults.

So how are we working out budgets?

In terms of squad strength, I'd rank it as

Tier 1 - Wales, Ireland, France
Tier 2 - Scotland, Argentina, Pacific Islanders
Tier 3 - Italy
Tier 4 - North America

How about - 40-50m for Tier 1, 60-70m for Tier 2, 80-90m for Tier 3, 110-120m for Tier 4

North America need a hefty budget imo, poss 120m

I know a little bit about rugby but not much if i can take part? Or does my knowledge need to be equivalent of the football leagues?

Looks like its dying a death Trebs, but I'm happy for you to join and to give it another go if the others are still in!

Knowledge wise, if you're following the world cup you should be ok, last team that was left is Italy, but you can take Ireland and I'll swap to Italy if you know nothing about the Italians

Let's see if having an 8th manager gets this off the ground first though

Well, we're still 2 short even if everybody commits.

We could look to reset and start again? Similar rules to the other AP game.

Are the 4 other teams in as blank teams or out?
