You were given chances even though you had a few losses on your record. Do you think you would have the same opportunity given the same situation these days? How much is the dreaded 0 holding the sport back?

Steve was a late replacement for John Davisons title, you can a phone call like that in any era.

Why not Truss, everyone with a loss these days is either overrated or just plain crap. Hence why we get mismatch after mismatch (IMO)

He's asking If Robbo would have the same opportunity these days.........As you well Know. !!

These days you only have to ask to get a shot..

You've got more chance of a shot if your undefeated Truss.........as you well know

The '0' is a bane on the sport at the minute and is the reason for so many mismatches.

I was going to ask the same as Spencer, especially about the loss thing.

'Do you feel too much emphasis is placed on a fighter if he's lost a few, regardless of opposition'

'Do you still follow boxing closely now, and if not why not'

'What are your opinions on the current belts situation within the sport and do you think it helps or hinders the growth?'

Paul Smith and derry Matthews have been given a chance but I stand by the fact that more often than not once you lose the 0 you take a much bigger step back these days than in the past.

If the guys don't feel it's a decent enough question fair enough I'll try and come up with a few more.

How much would you have loved to hand Hamed a defeat?
