Utopia
Anyone watching?
I'm not fully up to date yet so let's keep it spoiler free for a bit.
Main point I want to bring up is I feel I need to watch the first season again, it aired 19 months prior to the second series and I have forgotten the finer details of what happened to the characters.
Opening episode was great though.

Re: Utopia
Agree with you Ent.
One of the best shows on TV in years. Smart, witty, stylish, incredibly well acted and with a intriguing and thought provoking plot. Add in lashings of (non-gratuitous) ultra-violence and a catchy catch-phrase ("Where's Jessica Hyde") and what more could you ask for?

Re: Utopia
Don't need to watch Utopia, I live in Bradford which is as close to perfection as you can get...if being surrounded by lazy c*nts, criminals, alcoholics, drug addicts, drug dealers, wannabe ganstas, prostitutes and general f*cktards is your thing!!!!!!!!!!

End of season two last night, amazing!
Just hope it isn't 18 months until the next season.

Re: Utopia
Yeah, I didn't enjoy the second season as much as the first, but I'm certain that's because I didn't watch the first season again before starting the second one.
It was still really good though.
I'm not sure the plot is as tight as it could be, but all the weakest parts of the show are always made up on how good visually it looks. Every scene just looks so crisp and nice and the use of colour is fantastic and I'm not even somebody who normally notices that sort of stuff.

Re: Utopia
Yeah the visuals are spectacular - really fed into the graphic novel focus of the first season.
I'd have enjoyed the first few episodes more had I rewatched/recapped the first season.
