For me it has to be "JAM" brainchild of Chris Morris, the man behind "BRASS EYE" and "THE DAY TODAY"

Even people on drugs think "What the hell is this?"

Banzai

Essentially a drinking game on TV. Ludicrous situations thrown up and then a prompt to "place bets now" prior to the action.

Bets included who would go the farthest after a trolley was pushed into a kerb, matching knobs with the face they belonged too etc etc
