Those are some quality promos so far lads. 6CW is the best for a reason.

I always used to go to my left. Always. Even when the guys all realised I always went left. I could have went right one time to save one but I bet they would have double bluffed me. So I stayed left. Always.

I change where I hit it everytime, just in case the keepers have done their homework, not sure how they'd do this but you know just in case

Morning ish all - Plans for the weekend?

Ive only ever taken one penalty in a shoot out, went straight down the middle, unfortunately also went straight over the bar as well, proper centre halves finish :p

Not bad paul...sun is shining and I have 4 hours left in work, 2 of which will be taken up on conference calls. Off to the Etihad tomorrow for the super league magic weekend hopefully the sun sticks around.......yourself?

I used to just look at the ball so the keeper couldn't have a chance if guessing. Now I don't know what to do, nothing seems to work!!   

I've got a minor op tomorrow afternoon so most of the weekend will be spent recovering, just trying to get show stuff finished just in case i'm not able to get online etc till late on next week

Got a game of 20/20 cricket this evening though so the weather is a bonus

Just realised I missed my last two. Hit the post having sent the keeper the wrong way and the other was hitting the side netting but the keeper leapt to it. The latter was number 5 in a tied shoot out. I've never really felt bad about them cos they were decent enough pens. I've saved one in a game too. My only thing to achieve on a football pitch now is a Di Canio. I've done it in 5 a side and training but never a game.

You say Di Canio like we should know what it means

Slide on your knees at St James Park?
Break into Swindon Towns stadium after hours?

I assume he means the volley?

Just an apology for not being around much, with setting up my WWA roster and work I've been pretty busy...probably won't have time for another Wood promo but will try a Plague one on Sunday night.

Thought I would be in a minority as a goalkeeper here . My highlight in penalties was during our first 6 a side league game where you weren't allowed in the keepers box unlike the other league we were in. (We were used to 7 a side), we gave away a penalty, saved the first one beautifully, immediately our own defender runs into the box to clear the penalty which meant we immediately concede a second penalty, saved that one as well, leaped with joy and rushed out of the box to celebrate meaning I gave away 3rd penalty which I thus conceded...

Were you filming a scene for carry on playing football?

Was the referee female and half way through hilarity ensued when she accidentally got stripped to her underwear?

It was more the fact you made it sound like an achievement on FIFA - I've unlocked all the extra features but just can't manage the Di Canio, surely there are a lot of other things you haven't achieved on the football pitch than that?

Its all I really want to achieve thats left. I do imagine these kind of things were about before FIFA, much like you were Paul

I've done the things I've always thought most interesting. Kept clean sheets, scored a hat trick, scored a perfect hat trick, scored a winner in stoppage time, scored an overhead (it was terrible but counts), saved a pen, won a cup final, won a league, scored freekicks, scored as close to a Van Basten as I'll ever get, etc etc. Not saying i'm any good, but this is amateur football. But as a West Ham fan who has Paolo as a hero, that goal is something I want to emulate. Its still my favourite Premier League goal by a distance.

And Paolo isnt a fascist.

I have taken one penalty, and one penalty only.

u16's Scottish Cup Final, misheard our manager and thought he had already picked his top 5 so I put my hand up for what I thought was number 6 but found out much to my horror that I was number 5. Everyone scored their penalties except number 4 for the opposition, so if I score we win.. I miss I am the most hated guy at school. Needless to say, I hit a pretty decent penalty at the Richard Donald End (the equivalent of the Kop in Aberdeen) to win us our first Scottish Cup in our 28 year history.

I take a cracking penalty right over the bar between the sticks you get 2 points for that.

Oh but I guess you guys are talking soccer right, in Sunday league I once came up against one of my best mates in net who knows I always go right, so instead I took it with my left foot and went left to try and confuse him, it ended up more near the corner flag than the goal, my mate then ran out to mock me and rugby tackled me laughing only for him to get a red card. We still lost 4 0.

Bored today told my landlord I'd show a potential new female tenant the master room, really I just wanted to see how fit she was as there's not much on offer at the moment, so I keep volunteering so can give the best tour to the fittest potential newcomer.

Then I might go down bondi for a bit and work on my tan

Fair to say this one didn't disappoint, dragged my sister to show the girl around with me so they could do female bonding stuff as I thought there would be more chance of her moving in

I don't think I'd like living with someone who I found attractive but wasn't dating, it would have got me in to so much trouble when I was single and ended up being awkward.

Luckily I live with my best friend of 10 years who yesterday got confused when I got a birthday card in the post for next Tuesday even though we've been friends for 10 whole years!

Him: Why are you getting birthday cards already?
Me: It's my birthday on tuesday...
Him: is it? I'm sure I'm older than you!
Me: We have this discussion every year...

Also I have a question...

Talking about mocked up t-shirts got me thinking about producing real ones...if I was to set up a shop on Zazzle or Redbubble or CafePress or whatever good site I could find and made real t-shirts of 6CW guys would anyone want one of theirs? I imagine the answer is no but I thought I'd check as it would be pretty cool to design some shirts and see them in real life.

Also on that subject this week I designed two t-shirt designs for indie wrestler Johnny Gargano, he's probably in my top 5 wrestlers at the moment so it was really cool to speak with him and work on ideas...I'm not looking for a job in graphic design but I think I might have to add that I've been hired by a former Dragon Gate USA world champion to my CV!

I wouldn't be against wearing a t-shirt with "The Incredible Hunk" across it, but probably not much else

I made my own Geoff steel t-shirts at Christmas and handed them out as presents, then everyone showed up wearing them to my leaving party and I had to explain what it was all about

I'd get everyone to tell me what they want and then do my best to design it...it would probably have to have a small 6CW logo somewhere and the wrestlers name/nickname but if you guys want them I can start working on them.

I just need to find a site that prints them as one off as I'm sorry Marky but I don't think we'll find that many people who want Max Adamson t-shirts haha

Yeah I've used them before...there are some sites where you can create your own stores...I'd create a 6CW one so that all the designs were stored and could be shown.

So today's the big day, cup final Saturday (and no I'm not talking about arsenal hull)!!!! I'm a mix of nerves and excitement... Please no penalty shoot out!

Morning all - Lovely day, great win at the cricket yesterday, set our opponents a total of 219 to win off 20 overs an we skittled them out for 79 - Even picked up two wickets with my old man medium pace

Cheers man, it's pretty awesome and I'm really proud of the one design...the other was a reference that went over my head and was a really simple design but it's what he wanted so that's cool.

So would people want me to look in to producing designs they could actually get printed for their wrestlers? I'd do my best to make them not too wrestling/cringy haha

well it would be up to you...I'll try to find a site that

a. is from the UK so that postage isn't crazy
b. allows me to create a 'store' so that I can display all of the designs as if 6CW has a real 'shop'
c. allows me to put the price as cheap as possible so that you don't have to pay that much to own your guys t-shirt.

Is there anyone who wants a t-shirt and has a design in mind?

6CW - Time to play seems like an obvious one but I think I'd like something less obvious

Yeah that's the thing for me too, I'd like a 6CW t-shirt but I'd want to be able to make sure I could pass it off as just a t-shirt with a 'cool' design haha

The sad thing is though, I'm actually tempted to make a Nachoman t-shirt, for a few seconds part of me was about to submit him as a new character to 6CW haha

So you all probably won't believe me but... Yesterday went to a shoot out! 2-2 after extra time (I scored our first ). We won 3-0 on pens as they missed everyone they took! Luckily I didn't have to take one but was down for the 5th.

Now for a summer watching instead of playing, the old knees need a rest before August!

Congratulations on the cup final M.

I have my own cup final today, except I am in the middle. Big local derby so should be a heated affair. Luckily I have two decent assistants so hopefully everything will go to plan, but when does that ever happen in football
