Two tier league is if we get 12 teams, 2 leagues of 6, play each other twice with promotion and relegation. Or we have a big league and play each other once.

How would we decide who started in the top league?

I'll be honest, I don't think we should allow CF. I'm sorry but every league I've been in with you, you ruin the side, you can't be bothered with tactics and when you leave nobody wants to takeover your side. 

I'd rather us keep a 10 man league because it's easier to manage, 16 man leagues are harder especially when you have people dropping out.

Maybe a random draw, maybe some people want the challenge of winning promotion, not sure as yet though.

I like a two tier league idea. Id be happy to start in Div 2, even if its a fantasy league.
But with CF in I will asses my involvement, I agree with Viva's comments on CF.
Sorry CF, what Viva said is right though. If you get dropping out & leaving a poopie team it makes it harder to find a manager to take over.

OK, thats a solution to him dropping out. Others have concerns with his tactics. The 3 strike policy last time didnt work to encoraging him to get proper tactics in.

CF's top three excuses:

1. I am too busy to do tactics.

3. Something unexpected has occurred. I am likely to be too busy to do tactics.

We have plently for a two tire league now.
Id like to start in Div 2.

I'd prefer division 2 as well

I'm happy wherever I start, I would prefer to start in Division 2 though.

Will initial teams be like we did with this league?

I know the mistake I made. Releaseing too many players at the start. Half price for 5/6 players accumulates to a fair bit in lawyers. Waiting for the offers would of been the thing but I think this time thats what Ill do

I avoid releasing players unless I desperately need a quick buck for a transfer. I always go for the longer term view and wait for lawyers for players and I think I am pretty successful doing it that way.

The other thing I always try is to not be too precious about accepting lawyers for my best players. The more money you can generate over the course of the game, the better your team will be long term. TM values are broadly pretty fair (with exceptions), so getting TM value + 10-15% means 99% of the time you can get a better player with that cash
