the worst injuries topic got me thinking about the bloodiest incidents in wrestling.

hardcore hollys back was mentioned in the other thread. 2 i wanna mention vinnie macs at ss 03' does anyone know if this was real? undertaker hit vince with a punch in the first 2 seconds of the match and blood was everywhere, so it makes me think it was a legit cut

What about when Eddie got hit in the head with the steel chair by JBL? Crazy amount of blood.

on the uk scene i would have to say sam knee after the hardcore cage match in november 07 in WAW

Eddie's head pouring blood always sticks in my mind...it kind of...squirts

Other than that, a lot of original ECW matches were gruesome, bloody affairs. I always remember Sabu ripping his arm wide open on barbed wire...then taping it up and carrying on...he's either crazy as hell or the toughest man ever to grace a wrestling ring...or both.

If graphic is your thing though, check out CZW. Doesn't do it for me, I'd rather watch an old hour-broadway putting on a technical clinic than watch some dude smash another dude in the face with a light tube, but I'm in no position to judge and can see why some people may be attracted to that kind of thing.

Could be either, but it could also have been the table the bell is sitting on, or even the bell hammer sitting on the edge of the table.
