The 606v2 Weekly Power 50

Had an idea based upon how WWE do their Power 25 http://www.wwe.com/inside/power25
Basically each week each I'll add up a list of 50 WWE & TNA stars that are currently active (so JoMo isn't included).
You decide from that list who you think are currently and I emphasize the word CURRENTLY your hottest properties in wrestling, I don't want this based on past form, how many titles they previously had etc but more on what they've done right at this moment in time. It doesn't neccessarily have to be just inring that you base this upon but also promos and off air news (such as tweets, viral campaigns etc).
Pick the ten you think are the ones that are impressing you the most.

Hope everyone gets the idea.
On a further note if you think that the 50 is incorrect please let me know, I've tried to choose the 50 guys that are receiving the current most airtime but I'm sure I've missed off a few guys. (50 is the max I can go up to)

I'll leave the poll open for 5 days and if it seems a goer I'll make it a weekly feature.

That seems a lot of work! But should be good for sending out on twitter etc.

Kharma I was 50/50 on. I thought that if I added her then I’d have to add other females like Mickie James etc.

Very good idea, it could show who is pushed the most our performs more consistantly, good shout on Gunner, he has been impressing me a lot lately and has improved weekly, I like his intensity, his look could be improved but I think he could do big things

I'd put Gunner ahead of Sangriento as he's doing a lot more than him in the same promotion.

It was hard enough to pick 50!
To whittle it down to the top 25 would really mean that some peoples choices would have been left off the list.

And to back up it being a top 50 there’s only 9 guys on the list that are yet to receive a vote which shows that opinion is quite divided.

My list picks were TNA heavy because I don't watch WWE anymore is that cool?

Yeah it wont be a problem Kev, the list is there to be chosen, I'm actually surprised Jeff Jarrett hasn't got a vote yet, bit hypocritical since I neglected to choose him too, he's had a very good and eventful 2011 so far

Of course, its your call, I'm sure there's guys that are the opposite so it balances out.

At present the top 5 is:

1. The Miz
2. Christian
3. Mr Anderson
4. R Truth
5. Cody Rhodes

I am actually surprised that Christian is in there and that Miz is number 1!

Why are you surprised at Christian Hobz? Since he returned at the Elimination Chamber he has probably put on more good matches than anyone on the rosteq, won a Battle Royal and won the WHC, whether the WWE see him as a main guy or not is a different matter but I'd say only Orton could argue he has been as good (but in a very different way)

My vote went to Christian, Punk, Orton, Cody, Truth, Bully Ray, Roode, Anderson, Sting, Angle - 5 WWE -5 TNA I didn't even mean that

I suppose it depends on what you are picking your criteria on.

I went with who I thought would be in or around the main event over the next few months. I just thought that Christians time has gone (not rightly I might add)

I really think someone like Cody will most probably get the title before Christian does. Having said that, I might have voted for christian - I cant remember!
