Waikato Chiefs
Queensland Reds

Are we to select from this group of teams, or would you like a free selection on any club side?

Tactics?
Optional - Minimal Tactics (bulletpoints)/Short five line paragraph as well.

Shall I bother with Manager of the Month voting? An idea from Pulls league, top three can acquire a monetary bonus.

I'm going to mark this page just to keep track of what happens etc

No problems mate! More the merrier 

Budgets will be tough to work out, I see a massive gap in the squads.

I can't that being too hard to do.

Why don't we pick our own team and work out budgets from there?

I have put that question forward. I wondered what everyone else would say.

Good idea mate, takes away any complaining as you pick your own squad.

I'd say somebody like Toulon should get no cash though and work it from there.

20m extra for every world class player less you have? Toulon have a few!

Right then lads, above is the order in which you guys can pick a side (trust me to get last pick!) Just a warning if the gap in quality of sides becomes a bit farcical then I will pick a team a bit closer to the quality of the others selected. Budgets will be decided once the all teams are selected. 

Look at the rules quickly to see what I would like from you team pages and squads, and I will also look at how to format the forgeins!

My money is on Crusaders, Toulon and ASM Clermont Auvergne being the first three teams to go.

Can see Racing, Montpellier, Stormers and Sharks going too.

Racing and Montpellier were two teams I had forgotten about. I'm very tempted by The Stormers myself. There is quite a few to pick some. I hope that we just don't pick too obvious teams!

I might pick a J-League under the assumption i'd get a ridiculous budget with Fourie Du Preez.

Might as well pick London Irish then

Going to have to delay you a bit, need to get an idea of squads etc before I pick! Will pick before tomorrow lunchtime though..

How will it work with squad size etc, especially at the beginning as the French sides have far more players in their squads than the Super 14 teams don't they?

Has no-one read the rules...

Just 7:7 split of NH and SH players in a match day squad 5:5 in the XV.

Cup quota is undecided. May go no quota there.
