I would say at the moment that Halilovic's rating is already higher than Berahino and that Berahino is playing catch up, but that is just my opinion. I know Hero and Viva at least would think the same and I suspect Azzy would if he were honest and it weren't for the West Brom connection.

I must have missed Halilovic's appearances in a big European league or in the Champions League to justify this status. Couple of International caps, but International Football is only ever used to measure success when it suits.

Like I said, Halilovic probably is and will be superior to Berahino, but only one is playing (semi) regularly in the Premier League getting any sort of justifyable form for these games.

Like I said, I can completely see your reasoning and it looks pretty sound. Halilovic has impressed in the Europa and in only a small number if international games. Berahino has impressed in the Carling Cup and a handful of Premier League games. It's probably swings and roundabouts for ratings really
