also, imo, i dont think there should be conditions on players for teams corresponding to country of origin etc.
Just teams with internal transfers, limit the foreign transfers to a certain amount, simple tactics, simple voting.
Keeps everyone happy, have fun, and nothing that takes loads of time etc

Yes. Another good member it seems. That takes us to 7/8 I believe? Enough o start a league off personally is 8 and I'll we'll try to improve from there.

It's not actually up to me. As much as I'm willing to get started and help out, Fernando is the real leader of this so I'm hoping he'll get the final decision done.

Realistic Premier League - Bidding Wars - Tactics are 5 bullet points, results decided through a random Generator/League Runner. That's my best suggestion putting everyone at heart.

It'd be a big push for me to run the league, but I suppose I won't ruin it for you guys, I'll start it up. However, my JA league (unfortunately) would have to take priority because I've been doing it for a longer period of time.

As long as I get plenty of members doing various roles, there shouldn't be a problem at all really - I'll be back on in a few minutes time, then lets see who is here to sort it.

we will have to sell it to him =

1 player needed to start (guilt trip)
exciting start with transfers (i know he loves that bit)
simple tactics
wont take much time
hes on this site anyways (seeing as he owns it) so typing a few extra things wont harm
etc etc

Word count on tactics would be my preferred method. Just brief, general instructions. i.e. man marking, high line, possession football etc.

If we take out the pain-in-the-arse-ness of tactics, then wheeling and dealing becomes the fun part. I used to love the old realistic leagues where you spent half the day doing deals, then spent just 15mins doing tactics. It was great.
