I think those are both tremendous signings

I looked at Rosicky as well. I think he is still a good player and has been quite important to Arsenal in the last year, without making the headlines. £1.8m is a steal.

And Umtiti is exactly the type of CB you need for your system Gregers. He is quick, mobile and will run all day. Plus him being able to play at LB too gives you flexibility to switch to a back four easily

I had to laugh this morning when Ray Wilkins was on Talksport and he said that Schurrle came from Schalke so he'll play well tonight

Viva - where is your Max Meyer TP from this morning?

My Meyer bid was from last night and it was posted in confirmation and not pending because I actually did forget about pending as the last time I ever did a deal was back in January this year that is why I forgot.  An with the hassle over Pedro and Hero saying I did my tp wrong it'd be hypocritical of me keeping Meyer so I don't know where I stand with my players now.

In which case it is simple.

Matuidi and Meyer have gone through no problem and you need to ensure they are in your squad.

Khedira and Schurrle you can either keep them as your two TPs this week, or because you thought you didn't have Matuidi they can be disregarded and you can start with a clean slate this week

Can we cancel Matudi instead and I take Khedira?

Think all the confusion has made this a nice tangled web, which you are now cutting down.

I have planned my team around Khedira now and picked targets to build around him.  Making me keep Matudi will just ruin the whole project that we're undertaking at Basel but it's up to you wise old afro.

Afro, scrap the Matudi deal. Viva genuinely though Hero had signed him & went & got another target he prefers.
You know what its like to get a player & want to build around him & its not like any harm is being done, Matudi wasnt snapped up by Viva before someone else (Pedro signing an example of what I mean) so it doesnt effect any other manager if the Matudi deal is scrapped.

Personally, I think you signed Matuidi first and should have to stick with that decision.

Signing Khedira and Schurrle thinking you didn't have Matuidi were one thing and could be put down to Hero's wumming you, but you signed Matuidi without such a misunderstanding.

Matuidi and Meyer were last week (well yesterday), so Viva still has the choice of sticking with his Khedira and Schurrle TPs (assuming he has the cash) or taking the offer of them being scrapped and him going back to have his quota of 2

Ok i'll keep Matudi but don't know where you're getting that from Olly. Matudi was signed on Sunday and Meyer on Monday which leaves me with two TP for this week,  one which I used on Khedira and the other on Schurrle who I can't afford.
