Interview with Mickie James

Last night, I caught up with Mickie James as she touched down in Scotland for an event in Ayr with Pro Wrestling Elite.
The road to Ayr was not the greatest, as Mickie had already lost her luggage, thanks to her airline, and had been delayed by more than 5 hours in getting to Glasgow.
However, throughout my time with her, she seemed genuinely happy to be back in the UK, put on a great show against Nikki Storm and still made time to talk to v2 about wrestling, TNA, WWE and socks.
During the interview we talked:
- Her time in the UK
- The current state of the knockout division and who she would like to bring back
- Her final run in the WWE and her feelings towards it
- Her musical background
- What the future holds (and socks)

Really enjoyed the interview - so much better when you are face to face. She was putting me off though by unzipping her boots and stretching in front of me!

I listened to it this evening, it's a really good interview - it sounds like you're old friends. Interesting to hear her views, especially on the piggy james angle. Nice one.

I listened to it mate. Was really good, I'm glad you asked what type of music she was doing because that's what I was thinking as soon as she mentioned it! Off to try and find her video on YouTube now, especially if its got trish in as well

A really good interview, Mickie came across really well. Like Gav said her take on Piggy James was interesting and should maybe make us think twice about being outraged on behalf of wrestlers!
It was such an enjoyable listen that it even managed to be good in spite of the thought of Adam in his speedos!

I will give this a listen later on. Quite interested in this, not really into divas much but always had a lot of respect for Mickie James.
