Anyone else having trouble with YouTube?

Has anyone else been having trouble with this site?
Some days, it's fine. Others, it's an absolute pain. Constantly pausing videos for no reason with the only fix is to reload the entire thing via a refresh etc. Sometimes, like tonight, it just doesn't buffer videos at all so you end up with it freezing after about 2 seconds.
It's definitely not my computer, as it's been happening on the laptop, the desktop and even the app on my phone.

It keeps deleting the mucky videos I upload

Seems it could be something to do with Sky.
