Women in Snooker

What does everyone think about this ?

I don't see why not, but the only thing holding the ladies back (that I can think of) is a lack of cue power compared to the men. I've never seen a top woman play so I don't know if this is the problem but it's just my guess.

I really don't have a problem with women playing in the major tournaments if they are good enough to qualify good luck to them

I beat Allison Fisher in a frame of snooker in 1993. I was 11, she was probably the best female snooker player there was at the time. I was quiet happy that day, I got McDonalds as a treat from my Mum

Well, Reanne Evans played today against Zhu Yinghui, losing 5-2. She was competitive but not quite there.

It's a disgrace she had to play that match.  I can't believe they still get Wildcard rounds in the Wuxi Open.  Ok, she might have been hammered 5-0 by Robbo but it was a massive match in prospect.
