Tbh that hitler video i always find funny. Just need to get the lyrics right! I for one don't rate Pearce a great deal, but as always whenever i say i don't rate manager they prove me wrong and when i do they do terrible! Think it could work out like it did for McClarren a few seasons ago.

The club needs a shakedown from top to bottom. Pearce might not be the most adept manager (and I don't think he did a bad job with the U21s, can't remember City, but this was pre money) but he certainly has the clout and influence to lead change and unify the club.

He won a penalty shootout with an England team, he can't be that bad

With his galvanising impact and the seemingly imminent returns of Lansbury, Reid, Vaughan and Wilson we could've perhaps pushed back into the playoffs

To be honest I can see Stuart Pearce having the same sensible approach as Nigel Pearson instead of trying to splash cash on major names who wont put the effort in.

On the bright side Vaughan agreed a deal to sign when his contract expires. Was a class above the performances of Moussi and Jara yesterday. Ben Osborn coming along nicely too. At least next year we'll have Reid and Lansbury to go with him.

GK: I think Darlows one of the best keepers in the division already, and the best English prospect. Been that good in 18 months. De Vries is fine as a backup. Don't really need change here.

CB: Hobbs was quality when he played. Lascelles was very good alongside him, shakier with Collins. Wilson has proven pedigree. Collins needs to go really. Sign 1.

FB: Lichaj very good. Cohen pretty good before injury. I'd sign Fox. Jara can walk. Halford can stay because hes a useful utility player.

CM: Vaughan, Lansbury and Reid all quality Championship players. Osborn played pretty well in the last few games. Moussi, Majewski can walk. Greening transitions to coach. Sign 2 backups.

Wingers: Paterson came on strong after Xmas. Abdoun has talent but I imagine hes off. Fell out with Brazil. Mackie works hard, could do with more cutting edge. Probably sign 1.

Strikers. Derbyshire should get a 2 year deal. Rest of them up for auction. Sign a few.
