Filo Tiatia, the 39 year old just retired player, now a coach at the Ospreys has announced his decision to return to Toyota where he will take up a senior coaching post.

So sad to hear this, Filo was an amazing player who seemed to get better with every passing year., He put in plenty of time coaching others all through his time as a player, helping himself but also many others. A real hard man on the pitch who never took a prisoner and carried many with him, he will be sorely missed.

Best of luck Filo, come back and be our head coach soon, eh?

If I'm right wasn't he put in charge of some of the LV Cup games and did very well? The thrashing we gave the Tigers at the Brewery Field comes to mind.

Definately one of the best NWQ players of recent times. If all the regions could find players with quality and heart there would be no talk of mercenaries.
