With Mike Ross an integral part of the Leinster and Irish team, He needs a ready and able replacement when he retires.

Some suggesstions:

RONAN LOUGHNEY

JAMIE HAGAN

STEPHEN ARCHER

ADAM MACKLIN

TADHG FURLONG

JOHN ANDRESS

Perhaps we will make incredible advancements in cloning technology within the next 5 years?

If so I would clone an Irish Hayman.

He needs ready and able replacement now!

Macklin did well when he came on against Aironi and was instrumental in Wannenburgs try.

Things do look a bit grim though, Ross is well out of sorts and theres noone else even close.

Have we given up on Buckley?.... Run

I think Buckley is too old to consider as Ross' replacement. We just need a scrummaging tight head who dosent get too involved in the loose(Cian Healy an example) and is completely solid as a tight head in doing the required job.
