Are FOUR from the past.

Carroll and Torres are two that come to mind for present players although they can both do something about it.

Most of those duds would still have got into almost any side in the EPL outside the top 6 or so teams.

He had a detrimental effect on the Arsenal dressing room. He was good for Chelsea, I'll give you that, but poor for Arsenal.

Bendtner and Denilson cost nothing. If they are sold they would make a tidy profi to pay for the stadium.

Gallas was a very good buy until he lost it with Adebayor and Nasri.

The rest are plums.

Very harsh to call Robbie Keane a dud, has had a fantastic premier league career and showed that he can still play in this league with his recent loan spell at Villa. Dossena will never be considered a dud because of the lob he scored against Man UTD Smile

It's funny how a general topic like this can end up with Bias against Utd. And interestingly some of those so called duds mentioned have more medals than some. As for Forlan remember his 2 goals againt Liverpool at Anfield? Classic!

There are a lot of players who haven't done well at one club but overall have had very good careers, ie Robbie Keane. As the thread is about Premier League duds I would say that Gallas, Keane, Heskey have all been good premier league players

I was thinking more of 'dud' signings, hence Torres' inclusion.
