Mark Herzlich

Last i heard Mark Herzlich had been signed by the Giants. Does anyone know how he's getting on? Whether he got any playing time this year or if he wasn't expecting to?

He seems to be a really good guy and the kind of character who would inspire others in the locker room. I'm really rooting for him.

There was a lot of coverage when he started a game this season. not sure how he played after that. Clearly a talented guy, just lost some physical attributes

He played 11 games and was a starter in the 4 game losing streak and looked very lost in the middle of the field especially on crossing routes and slants. He had 8 solo tackles.

Do you think its likely he'll still be there next season? Has he shown enough potential?

Definitely has a great chance at being kept. He justs needs to learn how to read which receiver is running which route and know what guy is his in the man coverage. He's very quick to bite on the first guy who runs across his path.

He broke his ankle against the Saints, I remember reading the report after the game. Looks like he missed the next 7 games but they hope he will be ready for the NFC Championship match
