Jamie Roberts Injury not so bad but not back in time for the HEC...!

According to the Blues website announcing the team to play the Ospreys on Sunday Jamie Roberts who is not available for selection having suffered a knee injury in the win against the Dragons, should be available for selection for the Heineken Cup match against London Irish.

Good news for the Blues and Wales.

Regarding other Welsh players injuries, Czekaj has a hamstring problem, Gethin is sick, AW Jones' toe still hasnt healed, neither has Ian Evans' ankle, Steve Jones is having Back trouble and will be fitness tested today results later, may not play tonight against dragons, Luke Charteris Wrist has not recovered as yet. Geroge North and Jon Davies and Rhys Priestland are all currently being rested.

Adam Jones is fit for Ospreys' Pro 12 Welsh derby with Cardiff Blues on New Year's Day.

Great news for Roberts and Wales

Cardiff Blues will be without Jamie Roberts for their 14 January Heineken Cup clash at London Irish.

The Wales centre limped out of Cardiff Blues' 28-9 Pro12 win over Newport Gwent Dragons on 23 December.

It is still expected Roberts will be fit in time for their Six Nations opener against Ireland in Dublin on 5 February.

The Blues had originally hoped he would be fit for the crucial London Irish clash.
