Quick question, are budgets fixed now?

Only asking as cash may be the best bargaining tool in domestics for the smaller teams as they may not have the quality players to trade but the bigger teams may want cash for their foreigns.

Quick question on foreigns.

Is it one bid at a time? Or can you do all four at once should you want to.

Right gents...

Releases open tomorrow with prices highlighted for players. Current Internationals need to have played in the last 1 year. If they've announced retirement this counts as ex- Int.

Be wary of mass releases as injuries and fatigue needs to be took into account. I'll be putting in a limit of 2 loans at any one point and max of 5 a season so a reliance on the loan market could cost you later in the season.

Still waiting on Luke but I'm sure he'll be around soon so he's given leeway on squads.

Am getting the feeling that it could be a real struggle for me transforming the Chiefs into a team that is a genuine play off contender. Going to be fun trying.

Big issue for me is that I think some of the Chiefs players might be underated by some on here.

Youth/potential seems to rated more than actual quality for some reason, I think it's a bit of a spill over from the AP.

I imagine it will settle down once the season begins.

I'm thinking of players for me like James Hanks, James Phillips and Jason Shoemark, all of whom are very good players, but probably a bit underated as they play for the Chiefs.

Exeter have some good players Pete, I think you'll be fine (Mitchell, Hayes, Arscott) You have a healthy budget too.

Be interesting to see what type of player you go for

Morning all, Happy 2012.

I'm off to the pub, need to have a few beers before I get to the Rec. My god we need a win today. Centres of Banahan/Hipkiss and Hape/Ansbro, should be some big collisions there!

Come on you Bath!
