I particularly like the look of the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with two homemade glazed donuts for the bun, peach guacamole, roasted tomato
salsa, and Chipotle Cheddar Cheese Wiz.

OMG!.....see that doughnut made to look like a pizza?......Aaaargh!

The reason why we are so overweight in the Western world is that we are eating far too much refined sugar, far too much processed food and too much carbohydrate.

Healthy eating and the obesity crisis are two subjects very close to my heart.

I must confess to occasionally straying from the straight and narrow myself tho' .......coz yesterday I had a huge slice of carrot cake in Starbucks.......it was absolutely scrummy lol.

Then later....I worked like crazy in the gym......to burn it off : )
