Fantasy Sports Gaming?

What would be the opinion of offering a home to fantasy sports gaming here? As 606 shuts the leagues set up on 606 will look for a new home. I'm not suggesting all of them because there are alot with WUM's etc however there are leagues that i know of that would offer constructive debate on the football and rugby forums if an area was also accomodated for fantasy leagues. If any WUM's do attempt to come over you would have the power to ban them right? Would therefore be able to regulate the people joining.

Thoughts?

Feel free, i will create a "Predictions League" topic under the football section and then any others can be added later unless you are aware of any other prediction leagues?

they're not a prediction leagues, they are fantasy leagues where a bunch of guys take control of a team in a league and act as the manager. Could all be added under a fantasy gaming section though although alot of threads/articles would be created as its generally one for each team which could be a reason for giving it its own section as people wouldnt have to see countless articles they wouldnt be interested in.

I have created a forum under Football and Rugby League.

Just let me know which others are need and we will sort.

If they do become popular we can make another Category for them, but for the time being we will keep them under their relative sports.

Just saying but you may need to wait until 606 shuts to see a larger shift of users for the areas

just to say down the line if a section is made for sports gaming/fantasy leagues i wouldn't mind being a mod for it if you wanted someone who would use the area

Instead of putting them in the various sections, how about a whole sub-forum for different fantasy and predictions leagues? There are a few different contests run on 606 golf that will surely be moved over here.

they will be aparantly if enough interest occours in the sub sections that we have on the sport specific pages at the moment

I would suggest inviting those people here, once the interest is here it shouldn't be a problem
