Hello and Good Afternoon to all!

I have been playing a couple of years now so though it was high time I joined a forum and met some like minded people.

Oh and if noshankingtonight is around, hello from kent, we need to sort out tickets for the open soon matey

I thought I would use golf slang to describe my current form in this cold weather and soggy ground....

Think..

Ladyboy - princess di - russel grant - OJ Simpson - sister in law - a cuban

translates as...

looks like an easy hole but all is not what it seems - shouldn't have taken the driver - fat iron - got away with it - up there but know i shouldn't be - needed one more revolution.:crying:

How would you describe your current form?

An Arthur Scargill - a great strike, with a terrible finish
A Ken Livingstone - quite far left
A Jean-Marie LePen - a long way right
A Princess Grace - should have taken the driver
A Princess Diana – shouldn’t have taken the driver

On the fairway

A circus tent - a very big top
An Anna Kournikova - looked great, but unlikely to get a good result
A son-in-law - not what you would have chosen but it'll just have to do
A Douglas Bader - looked good in the air, but just didn't have the legs
A Kate Winslett - a bit fat but otherwise perfect

Near the green

An Adolf Hitler - 2 shots in the bunker
A Vinnie Jones - nasty kick when you're not expecting it
A Saddam Hussain - when you go from bunker to bunker

On the green

A Dennis Wise – nasty little five footer
A Brazilian - Shaved both sides of the hole
A Rock Hudson - looked straight, but turned out it wasn’t
A Cuban – just needed one more revolution
A Salman Rushdie – an impossible read
