Has anyone else checked out his 10 week programme?

The video makes his promos seem good! Screw that, it makes them seem great!!

So does anyone fancy doing it?

Thats acceptable though, even though I know here's there I can pretend he's not, if he's telling me he's gonna watch me get sexy then it knocks me off my stride #JohnHardy

I've been trying to trim down, lost a stone already but its slowing down. Might give this a shot. He obviously knows his stuff because hes in great shape.

Thats been his whole life though Samo, he's so used to working out things like this are second nature too him, his body will be used to doing exactly what it needs to do, I think Cena and Joe Average could do the same things but Cena would get more bang for his buck than Joe Average

I was actually quite interesting in looking at this, but I can't get any further than the first page! Obviously I'm not meant to get in shape! :P
