Naked and Afraid Empty Naked and Afraid

Post by Adam D Mon Oct 07, 2013 11:39 pm

Someone tipped me off about this on Saturday.

Its on the Discovery channel (yeah I forgot I had it too!) and is a reality programme where they take a man and a woman and dump them naked on a desert island for 21 days.

They are each allowed one item to take each (she took a machete and he took a pair of swimming goggles in the episode I watched ) and they have to live off the land for 21 days with no invovlement from the camera crew unless they get majorly ill.

It was quite gripping.

And before anyone asks, they pixalate all the naughty bits (which is a shame as she was quite fit!)

You know when a thread sums at exactly how you're feeling at one time

The title sums up when I woke up in the hotel room with Adam after a night out in Derby.

I hate to imagine where he'd put his Dixie Carter doll

I wake up in cold sweats still at the thought.

Been enjoying this show. I have to say that the pixelated nudity is quite distracting though, once they sew their own clothes from Palm leaves etc it becomes more bearable to watch. They should do an uncut version really so you don't have to have annoying pixilation distracting you from the things they're doing.

So far I have found it funny how each scenario begins. They're always both so energetic, ready to go and by 2nd day the hardcore marine with survival tactics is sobbing like a wee baby or getting angry at the woman because she is better at everything than him. Bloke who drank nasty water and got squirts was hilarious. Chick was not impressed that he went 10ft away from their shelter. When ya gotta go, you gotta go darling!
