Is there no end to this clubs spending might!?
Just when I thought that Toulon and their backline in particular couldn't get any more star studded they've signed Habana on a 3 year deal!

Look forward to seeing...

12. Matt Giteau

Why don't SA bring in the rule where you have to play your club rugby in SA to play for the SA national team. They are losing quite a few players now.

I do think Giteau is a better 12 then 10, he just works better with that extra second on the ball that he gets at 12. Michalak at 10 for me (unless they sign Carter...)

I am sure the SARU views it as more players to bring through. they have 5 S15 team so they can bring through plenty of players at the top club level even with all these people going.

I would wonder how many more people Toulon will sign before they are happy to just be like other clubs and bring in one or two and let one or two go.

Wonder if Cooper is on any french club's shopping list. enough money and he'd come.

Yap,

Think your right but the back line didn't look as fancy without mermoz in, potentially the backline will have claasens at 9 if he leaves bath.

I think Classen's will go, he's getting on and Toulon would give him a serious pension pot. Tils-Borde is a pretty decent 9 as well.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Money Bill Williams go to Toulon again after his League stint.

Cooper is contracted with the Reds for the next couple of seasons isn't he? He's on big money over there.
