Worst PPV Name: Capitol Punishment - a lame cash in on the fact the PPV was in Washington DC (and an overall forgettable PPV)
Worst Gimmick Match: blindfold match. I remember watching James Storm vs. Chris Harris on a TNA ppv a few years ago, and it was awful.
Worst Gimmick: Sherwin White (aka Chavo Guerrerro) is the first bad gimmick that springs to mind.
Worst Crowd: ? possibly WM 27. I remember thinking the crowd seemed really dull during the Taker / HBK match
Worst Seller: Hardcore Holly - notorious for non-selling rookies. Think Hogan deserves an honourable mention too!

I'm no expert but that still doesn't look right.

I know it's not MMA but you are meant to apply the traction with your inner elbow, if you pulled like that I don't think you'd choke them as you are meant to squeeze it in against your chest or other forearm.
