Heavily rumoured that the village green applicants who had applied for a judicial review have now withdrawn it. As the JD review application was only in the name of one man it cannot be transferd.

Firstly letter supposed confirmed by the MP - http://www.bristol247.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/Letter-to-Admin-Court-Office.pdf

And Adam Baker, Bristol City head of media at the club tweeted 'What a busy day at Ashton Gate but hopefully one that means so much for the future; both for the club and the region.'

If this is all true then Yahoo It's a day Bristol City fans have been waiting to see for a couple of years now!

At this rate, new stadium or not, they will be in League 1! Hodge, what's gone wrong on the pitch....? Apart from a growing scarcity of points....

players appear to be bottling a relegation dog fight, conceed 1 the heads just drop, we were 1-0 and dominate for 55 mins against Blackpool week and a half ago, then referee buys one of their players going down barely being touched, they score from said free kick. Then run rampant over us for 35 mins and it finishes 3-1.

It doesn't help we are plagued by injuries either. 3 players out for the season, 2 of which were regulars in the match day squad.

The fans just want to see a bit of bite from the players and McInnes appears intent on 4-5-1, as according to him 4-4-2 leaves us too open. However if we are coneceeding 2 or 3 with 4-5-1 why not go with a more attacking formation and go down fighting, well thats the general concensus from the fans. We have Chris Wood, who scored 10 goals for Brum earlier in the season and Brett Pitman who scored 15 for us last season, so its not a case we don't have strikers who can't find the net.

Confidence needs to return to the players, when we were confident we beat Southampton twice and drew away to West Ham. We play teams around us a bit so if confidence returns we should be easily able to retain safety. With Pompey unlikely to finish the season if true as been reported only 2 teams would be going down, 1 you would imagine would be Doncaster. Coventry have been picking up form as of late so could easily escape. So if only 2 go down, I believe it will be a dog fight between us, Millwall, Nottingham Forest and Coventry with Doncaster being the other team relegated.

15 points SHOULD do it from 12 games, can't see Forest or Donny doing better than that.

Well today was supposedly the day the verdict would be given on whether the 'village green applicants' would be allowed a judical review and new evidence has appeared today, claiming that the claimant was offered bribes to drop their application. As a result the decision has been put back even further. This whole situation is starting to make me vomit

Clear delaying tactics from them.

well beating Forest last night helped, and we have Coventry tomorrow crunch game if there ever was one! Beat them we go 4 points clear of drop zone, lose and were 2 points behind Coventry and we have Brum and West Ham after.
