Alexander Frenkel - Burnt Out!?!

Frenkel has announced he's taking a break from boxing until the end of the year as the poor lad is suffering from burn-out.

I do feel sorry for him I mean having not fought for 14 months he's bound to be knackered!

Surely he'll also lose his Euro Cruiser belt?

I would imagine you can subsitute "burnt out" for something more appropriate. He has probably been caught doing something he shouldn't or has some kind of depression.

That's what I was thinking. He's probably having some personal issues.

I would probably think his burn out stems from a disagreement with his promoter. Probably on a 'timed' rather than a fixed number of fights contract. He's probably currently getting shafted and his only way out is on medical grounds.

I'm 9-5:30 so I need this forum to help with the extra 30 mins! I'm actually on my lunch break now but I can't excuse the other hours in the day I spend here!
